1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options for all orders placed online, over the phone, or in person:

1.1 Online Payments (Website Orders)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal – Secure and instant payment processing
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (if available)

1.2 Bank Transfers

  • Available for custom cake orders over £100
  • Payment details will be provided upon request
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received

1.3 Cash Payments (In-Store Pickup Only)

  • Cash payments are accepted only for in-store pickups
  • Customers must pay in full upon collection

2. Payment Terms & Conditions

2.1 Full Payment for Standard Orders

  • Full payment is required at checkout for all standard cakes ordered through our website.
  • Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

2.2 Deposits for Custom Orders

  • Orders exceeding £100 require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  • If the final balance is not received on time, the order may be canceled without refund.

2.3 Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is received, customers will get an email confirmation with order details and payment status.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@lalunashoe.xyz.

3. Currency and Pricing

  • All prices listed on LALUNASHOE are in GBP (£).
  • Prices include applicable taxes but do not include delivery fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

4.1 Refunds for Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom orders canceled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4.2 Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

  • Any chargeback or unauthorized payment dispute will be investigated.
  • If a chargeback is filed fraudulently, the customer may be banned from making future purchases.
  • We take fraud prevention seriously and may request additional verification for high-value transactions.

5. Payment Security and Privacy

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for secure processing.
  • We do not store or have access to customer credit card details. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

6. Late or Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
  • Customers will receive a notification to retry the payment or choose another method.
  • If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
