3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

3.3 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout for all standard cakes.
  • For custom orders exceeding £100, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before pickup or delivery.

4. Delivery and Pickup

4.1 Delivery Policy

  • We deliver within Sutton and nearby areas.
  • Delivery fees vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customers must provide a correct delivery address. LALUNASHOE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

4.2 Pickup Policy

  • Customers can pick up their orders from 98 Mounthoolie Lane Street, Sutton, United Kingdom.
  • Orders must be collected at the agreed pickup time. Orders not picked up on time may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date due to preparation costs.

5.2 Order Modifications

  • Changes to orders (flavor, design, size) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, refunds and returns are only applicable in cases of incorrect or damaged orders.
  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the cake, providing photos as proof.
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed after verification.
  • Personal taste preferences and customer ordering errors are not eligible for refunds.

6. Product Quality and Responsibility

  • All cakes are made fresh and require proper storage. LALUNASHOE is not responsible for cakes that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery or pickup.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting custom cakes, including design, flavors, and allergens.

7. Allergies and Dietary Information

  • While we take precautions, our cakes may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions before placing an order.
  • LALUNASHOE is not liable for allergic reactions if the customer fails to disclose their dietary needs before purchase.

  • All content, including cake designs, images, and text on LALUNASHOE, is owned by LALUNASHOE and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • LALUNASHOE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • In cases of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
