  • Please review your order carefully. Any modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed on LALUNASHOE are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will not change.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (For large custom orders)

2.3 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all standard cakes.
  • For custom orders over £100, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before delivery or pickup.

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1 Delivery Policy

  • We offer delivery services within Sutton and nearby areas.
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customers must provide the correct delivery address. LALUNASHOE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3.2 Pickup Policy

  • Customers can pick up their orders from our location at 98 Mounthoolie Lane Street, Sutton, United Kingdom.
  • Pickup time slots must be selected at checkout. Orders not collected within the scheduled time may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Cancellations and Order Modifications

4.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Standard cakes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery to receive a full refund.
  • Custom cakes: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable due to preparation costs.

4.2 Modifications

  • Customers can request modifications (flavor, design, or size) up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
  • Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated depending on preparation progress.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from LALUNASHOE, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for order processing and delivery.
  • Handle cakes with care upon receipt to maintain their quality.
  • Store cakes according to our recommended storage guidelines to preserve freshness.
